Our Round Rock obgyns believe that it is important to address all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing. While our obgyns address the physical aspects of your care, Kelly Boyd, Psy.D, licensed psychologist, provides psychological care in our pregnancy support groups. From postpartum to pregnancy loss, our Round Rock office offers a number of groups to meet your unique needs.
Many women face struggles in their journey to become a mother. While some women are grieving after the loss of a pregnancy or an infant, others are struggling with postpartum issues. Additionally, some women simply need support during their pregnancy. To help you wherever you are in the process, our Round Rock obgyns and Dr. Boyd invite you to attend our free drop-in pregnancy support groups.
Our support groups meet every month, starting on Thursday, September 7. The groups start at 7:00 p.m. and last for approximately an hour and a half. Each week will focus on a different topic.
The goal of these support groups is to provide a safe space for women to share, gain information and feel supported. You can feel free to share as much or as little as you want.
To make it as convenient as possible to attend Dr. Boyd’s support groups, we don’t require registration. There is plenty of room at each group, so you can feel free to show up on the night of the event.
